Data Storage and Security

Your reminder data is stored locally on your device first (offline-first architecture) and synced to our secure servers powered by Appwrite. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data in transit and at rest.

Sensitive data like proof attachments can be encrypted with your own key before upload, ensuring only you can access them.

Data Retention

Completed reminders are retained for 30 days by default, after which they are automatically purged. You can export your data or delete your account at any time.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Appwrite: Backend services for authentication, database, and push notifications
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging: Push notification delivery
  • Dodo Payments: Payment processing for Pro subscriptions

These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of your information.
