By creating an account or using Deadliner, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Deadliner is a deadline management application that provides priority-based reminders, notifications, and task tracking. The service is available as a mobile application for iOS and Android devices.

3. User Accounts

To use Deadliner, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Deadliner is offered on paid subscription plans with a limited free trial for eligible new accounts:

Monthly: $6.99/month after a 15-day free trial
Yearly: $49.99/year after a 15-day free trial

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. The free trial requires a payment method up front. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date or before the trial ends.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the service
Upload malicious content or code
Resell or redistribute the service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

Deadliner and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create within the app (reminders, notes, etc.).

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of Deadliner is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in that policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Deadliner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Deadliner is a tool to help you manage deadlines, but we are not responsible for any consequences of missed deadlines or reminders.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
